Person Centred Counselling
Person-Centred Therapy (PCT) is a type of counselling that helps you feel safe, understood, and supported while you figure things out. Instead of telling you what to do, the therapist listens without judgment and helps you explore your own thoughts and feelings. This approach, created by Carl Rogers, is based on the idea that everyone has the ability to grow and make positive changes when given the right support. It can help with things like stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, or big life changes. By talking things through in a safe space, you can build confidence, understand yourself better, and learn to trust your own choices.

Thank you. It’s been lovely and I’m very grateful for you and the sessions I've had. I've never felt comfortable enough to open up how I have and I’m really grateful for that. Thank you I appreciate that a lot. I wish you nothing but the best.

I feel much more able to manage emotional issues independently and am much happier in my life and identity, it's been incredible to have the opportunity to have counselling with a queer counsellor.

Siobhan has been counselling me through some difficult times. I have to say that she has been totally brilliant, she immediately put me at ease and fostered an environment where I could share my deepest worries.
