Hello There
I think it's important to get to know your counsellor and find out if you will feel comfortable with them and have some common ground to start working from.
All About Me
Hello, I’m Siobhán — Founder of 2B Frank Counselling
I’m based in Newquay, Cornwall, where I live with my wife, our dog Nancy, and our cat Dusty (who occasionally like to pop up during Zoom sessions).
My counselling approach is simple: I see you, not labels, not diagnoses, but the unique individual shaped by your experiences and story. I create a safe, respectful space where you can talk openly, be real, and move at your own pace.

I trained in Therapeutic Counselling (CPCAB) here in Cornwall and specialise in a person-centred, trauma-informed approach.
Alongside my private practice, I’ve worked with Whitehead-Ross Education on a Youth Engagement Programme, supporting 16–24 year olds to navigate the challenges of early adulthood. I also volunteer with Intercom Trust, an LGBTQ+ charity in the South West, where I began my counselling training.

Creativity is also at the heart of my work. With a background in Fine Art and Photography, I love bringing creative tools — drawing, painting, or other arts — into therapy. I hold a Certificate in the Therapeutic Use of Person-Centred Creative Arts (APCCA), which allows me to weave creativity into counselling for those who find it easier to express through art than words.

Whether you prefer straightforward talk therapy or a more creative approach, my goal is always the same: to support you in finding your voice, embracing your authenticity, and building strength to face life’s ups and downs.
